Please contact reception immediately if you lose your hotel key card. You will need to present your ID to be issued a duplicate.
Key cards will not be issued to persons under 18 years of age.
The guest is required to bring back his/her hotel key card (2 pcs.), towel card, umbrella card and parking card to the reception at check-out. In case of failure to return any of the above mentioned cards, the guest is liable to a penalty of BGN 20 per card.
Rooms are cleaned daily from 09:00 to 16:00. If you wish your towels to be replaced, please leave them on the bathroom floor. If you have placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign and change it to "Please Clean" after 16:00, your room will not possible to cleaned.
We are most kindly asking you to not taking white towels out of your room.

In order to provide our guests with an exceptional feeling of peace and purity, we will maintain the right of access to the rooms for cleaning, maintenance, checking the condition of the furniture and appliances or in case of emergency regardsless the "Do Not Disturb" sign.

A safe is available in your hotel room. The Hotel Management recommends you to store your valuables in it. The hotel does not take responsibility for money and valuables that are left outside the safe.

The maximum occupancy capacity of each room within each hotel of the Vemara Hotels chain is based on fire safety measures, the standards and the comfort of our guests and it is not subject to change.
Each guest is responsible for any damage (intentional or unintentional) to the premises caused by them personally. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest's account a fee for the damage caused, according to a price list provided at the Reception, which the guest will need to pay.
Forgotten objects are kept by the hotel for up to 3 months.

Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability and cannot be reserved. The hotel is not responsible for any damage caused to your vehicle in the car park.
Please do not enter the green space of the complex in order to preserve as much as possible its esthetic aspect enjoyed by all guests.
