The hotel chain Vemara Hotels is obliged to ensure the use of the services booked and paid online by the customer in their full amount according to the data provided by the customer through the booking form: customer's name, period and number of nights, number of adults and children, regular and extra beds and price per night.
In the reservation, children up to the age of 1,99 years at the date of arrival are accepted as babies. In the reservation, as children are accepted guests aged from 2 years to 11.99 years, at the date of arrival. A guest who is 12 years of age or older on the date of arrival is counted as an adult.

Through the on-line booking portal on our website, you can immediately make the reservation you need according to the parameters you set and pay for it yourself with a credit/debit card.
This way you will immediately receive confirmation of a successful and guaranteed reservation. The booking is GUARANTEED only after 100% advance payment.
The field for additional information in the booking request form is non-binding for hotels of the Vemara Hotels chain, and all the wishes of the customer specified in the respective field will be satisfied if possible.
The prices on the website of the hotel chain Vemara Hotels are in BGN, including 9% VAT, tourist tax and insurance. The total amount to be paid by the customer for the reservation is calculated depending on the number of days, the number of adults and children, and the current price offer for the respective period.

Vemara Hotels reserves the right to change prices and special offers on its website depending on demand and current availability. For confirmed and paid reservations, the amount due will not change whatever new price offers are presented.
If you choose this method of booking, you need to send a short request to our email: sales@vemarahotels.com with all the desired parameters - name of the guest, the chosen hotel, base of board, number of nights, number of adults and children /age/, after which you will receive a price offer for accommodation. Upon confirmation and within 7 days after receipt of the offer, you should pay a deposit of 100% of the calculated amount. You can pay for your reservation by credit/debit card or bank transfer.
If you wish to pay for your reservation by bank transfer, you must send a copy of the payment order or bank transfer to the following e-mail address: sales@vemarahotels.com, mentioning the reservation number and the name of the hotel as the reason for your payment.
Upon successful payment of the reservation amount as per offer, you will receive an invoice for the advance payment and confirmation of the guaranteed reservation.
